Intro
I’m Carter — a transformational coach, Portland local, and unapologetic black sheep. Since 2018 I’ve been coaching full-time, but really, I’ve been learning how to lead my whole life. I’ve lived in different countries, spent six years volunteering, escaped a cult, and invested over $500k in my own healing journey. Those experiences taught me something simple: we aren’t broken — we’re just carrying stories that no longer fit.
My philosophy is rooted in this: when you cut through the noise and own your power, your life stops being a compromise and starts being a creation. That’s why I built the Design Your Life system — to help people who don’t fit the mold stop circling and finally lead.
